I'm glad to know you did a great job saving many lives both during the terroristattacks and whenever else you are needed. Thank you!

At Leopold, many of us were not so fortunate. As you know, police never came to our rescue. After the initial blasts and about 10mins. of indiscriminate firing, terrorists still had plenty of time to walk calmly around the café litterally executing people. Many lifes were lost or shattered due to lack of help from authorities, - like my friends who were both (tried) executed. One was lucky to survive, thanks to army soldiers who rushed some of us to hospital. They were the first to arrive, 10-15 mins. after the terrorists had finally left.

We know the first ambulance(s) arrived at the same time. Confusion, chaos and different parts diminishing what happened at Leo's in the press, have left many survivors with additional traumas. Some of us have formed a group to support eachother and try to find pieces of the puzzle and form a more clear picture.

We would be very greatful if you will please let us know at exactly what time your ambulances first arrived Leopold.

Thank you & best wishes
