Tourism Department trained on FRP @ 108 Kerala

Basic First Aid training was provided to Tourism Department, over 100 Drivers and Police personnel were educated on how to handle various Medical Emergency. 

This training was conducted by Rod Scanlon: Paramedic from Australia in collaboration with 108 Kerala on 24 & 29 March. Medical emergencies like snake bite, shock, fracture were covered in this training.

Awareness Camp @ 108 Punjab

An Awareness and Demo camp was organized by 108 Punjab for Asha workers. Over hundreds of Asha workers were educated on the services offered by 108 Ambulance. 

The Ambulance crew also cleared the doubts of Asha workers regarding the process of 108 Ambulance and the importance of calling 108 in any medical emergency.

Steve Murphy's India visit

Steve Murphy, President AMR/GMR  along with his wife on visited 108 Amritsar Office on 20th March.The Amritsar team was delighted to host them and used the opprtunity to share details about the operation's processes and various initiatives undertaken to create awareness for 108 Service in the state.

Mr & Mrs Steve Murphy not only appreciated the work done by 108 team but also felt happy about the protocols being followed by the team to provide world class service.

Appreciation by Governor of Punjab

Governor of Punjab – Honorable Shri. Shivraj Patil in the inaugural session of the 14^thPunjab Vidhan Sabha not only congratulated the SAD-BJP for winning the election but also complimented the health department for launching Emergency Response Service (Dial 108 in Emergency) in April 2011 by deploying 240 Ambulances in phased manner. He stated that the service caters to trauma, medical emergencies and delivery cases and is available free of cost.

These words will act as a source of encouragement and motivation for entire 108 Punjab team to ensure world class service in the state.

108 Kerala featured by Malyala Manorma

Dial '108' in Emergency, Kerala was featured by Malyala Manorama on 23 March 2012 for successfully handling 37th delivery case. Various regional journals appreciated and featured 108 Kerala for the work done in serving people during any medical emergency.

The leading newspaper of Bihar: Hindustan featured Sweta Mangal- CEO ZHL in the women's special section.The article featured the achievements of Sweta Mangal and the organization as whole.

FRP in Doha Institute of Management & Technology @ 108 Punjab

First Responder Program for students of Doha Institute of Management & Technology on 14 March. The students were imparted training on basic First Aid tips on handling medical emergencies. This training was appreciated by the students and college authorities.

Training of 1298 CDC team

1298 Call Dispatch Center (CDC) team was given soft skills training by a trained instructor. This soft skills training imparted the knowledge on how to handle calls, deal with callers and their queries. 

This training was surely a boost to the team of CDC which will surely benefit the callers.   

Participation in school rally @ 108 Rajasthan

108 Rajasthan participated in the school rally in which over thousands of school students and school authority participated to spread awareness on save the girl child.

First Aid camp @ 108 Rajasthan

A First Aid Camp was organized for police department in Barmer, over hundreds of cops were trained on basic First Aid Tips. Mr Santosh: SP Barmer also attended the camp and praised the work done by 108 Rajasthan

Participation in Kabaddi Match @ 108 punjab

108 Punjab participated in the kabaddi match which was attended by over 5000 people, in this match the team of 108 Punjab also educated people on how to avail services of 108 Punjab. 

The services and the work of 108 Punjab was appreciated by everyone.

Demo Camp during Safety Week @ 108 Rajasthan

108 Rajasthan participated in the Safety Week (4th-10 March) reaching out to over thousands of people in Bilaspur Water Plant. 

Over thousands of people were educated on the services offered by 108 services and were also shown the demo to provide hands on experience.
