Training of 1298 CDC team

1298 Call Dispatch Center (CDC) team was given soft skills training by a trained instructor. This soft skills training imparted the knowledge on how to handle calls, deal with callers and their queries. 
This training was surely a boost to the team of CDC which will surely benefit the callers.
