4 critical patients saved @ 108 Punjab

Saving a life is one of the most rewarding experience a person can undergo in his/her lifetime quote by Mahatama Gandhi @ ZHL we believe and practice the same. On 27 December 4 lives were saved in Punjab. In a brutal accident where 4 people were wounded and needed immediate medical assistance 108 Punjab Ambulance crew not only provided immediate medical aid but also transferred the critical patients to nearby hospital. Our efforts were appreciated by local journals like Punjab Kesari, Ajit, Jag bani.

Awareness Camp @ 108 Punjab

Over 4000 people who attended sports tournament in Rajkot district also attended 108 Punjab awareness camp on 28 December. The event was attended by Amardeep Singh: President Nagar Council and Butta Singh: President tournament committee. The awareness camp was a huge success as the attendees got hands on experience on 108 Punjab services.

Demo camp @ 108 Punjab

Over hundreds of Asha workers in Punjab attended the demo camp on 12 December. This camp educated Asha workers on the services offered by 108 Ambulance and also were trained on how to handle medical emergency.

First Responder Program @ 108 Punjab

With the motive of spread the knowledge, 108 Punjab rolled out their First Responder program in Mohali on 6th-7th December. Over hundreds of students along with teachers actively participated in the workshop. The school officials not only appreciated the work done by 108 Punjab team but also got hands on experience  on basic First Aid tips.

This program has been hugely appreciated by various medias like Hindustan Times, Punjab Kesari.

Rescue Operation @ 108 Punjab

5 injured people were saved and provided immediate medical assistance who met with an accident on 5 December 2011. 108 Ambulance by reaching in time to the accidental spot not only rescued wounded people but also transferred them to the nearest hospital.

The timely support provided by 108 Ambulance was hugely appreciated by media and government officials.

Successful launch of 240 Ambulances @ 108 Punjab

Within 8 months of set up of Punjab operations we have successfully launched 240 Ambulances under Atal Swasthya Sewa Project. 108 Ambulance Service is available to everyone during any medical emergency.

19 November 2011 turned out to be very special for 3 parents in Churu. 108 Ambulance crew helped the patients to deliver 3 baby girls. The dedication showed by 108 Ambulance crew was hugely appreciated by local media.

New Ambulance Launch @ 108 Punjab

Honb'le Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab S. Sukhbir Singh Badal launched a new 108 Punjab Ambulance in Mammu Khera on 16 November. Over hundreds  of people attended this launch event, other dignataries like Shri Sher Singh (MP), Shri Surjit Kumar Jayanti (Transport Minister), Shri Gurtya Singh (MLA) and Shri Basant Garg (DC) marked their presence.

A new born girl was rescued by 108 Ambulance, Rajasthan after receiving a call from an unknown person on 16 November. The prompt action by 108 Ambulance was hugely appreciated.

Over 400 school students in Hanumangarh participated in an awareness rally on 14 November-Children's Day.
This awareness rally also educated local masses on 108 Ambulance services.

Awareness & Demo camp @ 108 Punjab

With the onset of 108 Punjab operations since April the demo and awareness camps has taken its full swing. Over hundreds of students from various government and private schools attended the demo and awareness camps.

This camp not only led to hands on training but also educated students on basic health tips.

Launch of new Ambulance @ 108 Rajasthan

Now even Rudawal in Bharatpur can avail service of 108 Ambulance in any medical emergency. On 12 November CMHO Bharatpur launched a new Ambulance in Rudawal. This launch event was attended by local media, government officials and thousands of local mass.

The participants not only were educated on the process of 108 Ambulance but were also guided on the functioning of GPS.

Over hundreds of students from Khalsa Senior Secondary School participated in the demo camp organized on 6th November in Talwandi Sabo. The students not only were educated on the importance of Emergency Medical Response Service  (EMRS but also got hands on experience in understanding the functioning of 108 Ambulance. This camp was hugely appreciated by the school authorities and local media.

Atal Swasthya Sewa Project- 108 Ambulance's work was appreciated by the honorable Chief Minister Shri Prakash Singh Badal. Over 10,000 people  attended this event on 22nd October which was organized in Tarn Taran, Khem Karan District. This event was also attended by   Mr A.D Kairo- MP (Member of Parliament) and Mr Virsa Singh, MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly).

Suraj Meena, EMT- 108 Rajasthan was awarded by Transport minister for the commendable work on World Heart Day. This award ceremony was organized by Lions Club in association with Transport Department.

On 21st October  108 Rajasthan organized an awareness activity for Aashasahayogni in district. Banswara. More than 150 Aashas participated in this event who were educated on the services provided by 108 Ambulance

Blood Donation Camp @ Rajasthan

Over 200 people in Kota participated in the massive Blood Donation Camp. This camp was organized by Dial 108 in Emergency, Rajasthan in association with Shine Foundation. The Blood Donation Camp was organized for Thalassemia patients.

This Camp was appreciated by local government authorities along with media.

Over thousands of devotees underwent free health check up camp @ Golden Temple under Atal Swasthya Sewa Project. The devotees were not only made aware on the services offered by 108 Punjab but were also educated on the importance of Emergency Medical Response Service.

This camp was hugely acknowledged by the temple authorities and devotees.

Over 2000 school students (Kota) participated in the First Responder  Program which was organized on 22nd September. 
This program was organized in association with Nagrik Surekhsha Samiti.
